The Landing page is a fairly common content type when using Layout Builder. Make sure you have enabled Layout builder and supporting modules (https://anthonymedia.com/book/layout-builder-your-toolkit)
In the admin toolbar, go to Structure -> Content types -> Add content type
When you Save that, you'll have some editing options. Choose Manage display.
